Release the Data; Stop deadly AI attack on public healthcare!

The Albanese Government must release its cruel and inhumane NDIS participant impact modelling data in full.
Opposition spokesperson for the NDIS and disability Melissa McIntosh told Health Service Daily (https://www.healthservicesdaily.com.au/exclusive-dohda-sneakily-updates-ndis-reforms-impact-analysis-with-substantive-changes/48608 accessed on 15 July 2026) that:

“The Albanese Labor government has sneakily published an update to the impact analysis of its NDIS reforms which show a significant increase in the number of participants which will be impacted by these cuts.
“The initial impact analysis showed 21% of participants with an acquired brain injury have SCCP funding that would be reduced under these reforms – this has now increased to 90%.
Every Australian has the right to be consulted on matters that effect them. Every Australian reliant on NDIS for healthcare for them or their family should be informed in writing or in a form of information accessible to them whether their supports will be cut and what State funding will be in place to ensure continuity of care and not one life is intentionally lost.
Why is this important?
If Australians on NDIS are subject to cruel and inhumane cuts and unregulated use of AI in their healthcare, the next stop will be Medicare and Aged Care.
Demand Minister Mark Butler release the data on the number of preventable deaths estimated to be caused by Albo's cruel and inhumane cuts.
Every Australian has the right to have decisions of their government reviewable by a human being and to withdraw consent from AI in their data and decision making.
